The Swiss architects Christoph Flury and Lukas Furrer develop all their works from intimate dialogues with given contexts, spaces and materialities. They approach each task with empatic care for existing conditions for subsequent calibrated releases of the inherent potentials, often also developing 1:1 testing on site. The main aim is to retain the genius loci of a given site and its spaces, and to re-launch these with new meaning and life. Flury + Furrer's works are characterised by a fine combination of no-nonsense directness with great care and understanding for craft and craftsmanship. One of their main body of work so far is the gradual transformation of many spaces in the former industrial factory complex of Sitterwerk, near St. Gallen. In large auditorium. Welcome!

David A Rios (born 1983) is a Bergen based artist with an MA in fine art in from The Bergen Academy of Art and Design in 2009. Rios artistic practice circles around the construction and deconstruction of systems, often, but not exclusively, resulting in installations, sculptures and photographic work. His work with systems is based on an interest in the transition of systems from one state to another, rather than the initial and final state. Rios has held exhibitions in Norway, Germany, The United Kingdom and Japan.
Gabriel Johann Kvendseth’s artistic practice encompasses sculpture, installation, writing and performance. He has an inclination towards abandoned materials and disregarded knowledge, which he manipulates in idiosyncratic and vaguely esoteric ways. In his work he tranforms ordinary into extraordinary, attempting to break free from common conceptions of ritualistic, practical or economic value in objects and actions.
