Farm to Fork derives from a quriosity of human beings’ connection to soil. The project proposes an alternative way to work with the soil, build connection between the farmers and selling their products locally to achieve a healthier food industry. The project takes place in a farming village called Nesbyen where I’ve worked with the farmers and an agricultural counselor to create a more productive agricultural model. The goal is a more self-sufficient village, with a present agricultural scene to achieve awareness of the importance of how we work our soil.
